3- 4 oz. chicken breasts
16 oz. frozen corn
1 large can black beans, rinsed and drained
24 oz. jar of salsa
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Pour corn and beans in crockpot. Add salsa & top with chicken. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours. Shred chicken w/ fork. stir together. Serve over rice.
