24 large mushroom caps
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. flaked crabmeat
2 eggs, lighly beaten
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated oniion
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Wash and dry mushroom caps. Remove stems. Chop. Add crabmeat, eggs, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and bread crumbs. Mix lightly. Melt butter and dip mushroom caps in melted butter. Fill caps with crabmeat mixture. Place on greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 375º 20 minutes. Serve with additional dash of melted butter over each cap.
