3 Lb Beef, Cubed (I like chuck roast)
1 Knox beef bullion
1 oz Salt
1 oz Lawrey's seasoning salt
2 Bay Leaves
1 T Garlic
1 Small pinch Tarragon
Dash Dill, Thyme and Rosemary
1 Large pinch Basil
2 T cornstarch
1/2 C water
1 C Beef broth or water

Put all into a pot, barely cover with water cook until it consumes it's own liquid. Fry in it's own juice for a couple of minutes.
Mix cornstarch with 1/2 C water .
Add about 1 C broth or water. When it comes to a full boil add cornstarch mixture to make a gravy and serve.
