2 T Butter
2 T Flour
1/4 t Salt & Pepper
1 - 1 1/2 C Milk
1 t Minced Onion
1 T Cheese Whizz
2 cans (11 oz) Niblets Corn
1/2 C Cracker Crumbs
2 T Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain liquid from corn into a measuring cup and add enough milk to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
Make a medium white sauce with flour, salt, pepper and liquid.Add onion, cheese and corn. Pour into a greased casserole. Cover with 1/2 C buttered cracker crumbs and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350º 45 - 50 minutes
