3 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk

Whip all ingredients together, pour into ice cream freezer and continue filling with whole milk until you reach fill line. Should be put in refrigerator until ready to run ice cream freezer. Either churn or use electric freezer until frozen solid. Okay Walker boys, get your sample bowls ready. . .

For Chocolate Ice Cream, add 4 Tbsp. Hershey's Cocoa

To add fruit that has already been sweetened, only use 2 cups sugar in original recipe.
