1 frozen deep dish pie crust
4 large eggs
1 cup light corn syrup
6 Tbs. butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
3 Tbs bourbon (optional)
1 Tbs all-purpose flour
1 Tbs vanilla extract
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1 cup (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate morsels, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Fit pie crust into lightly greased 9" pie plate according to
package directions, being careful to press together any
cracks. Fold edges under, and crimp.

Whisk together eggs and next 7 ingredients until blended; stir
in pecans and melted chocolate. Pour filling into pie crust.

Bake on lowest oven rack at 350º for 1 hour until set,
shielding pie with aluminum foil after 20 minutes. Cool
completely on a wire rack.
