8 potatoes, peeled and parboiled
1/2 cu. butter or margarine, melted
1 T. paprika
2 tsp. salt
1 T. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes until tender-crisp. cut into chunks and place in a shallow baking dish or on a baking sheet. Pour melted butter over potatoes and stir until well coated. Sprinkle paprika, salt, seasoned salt and pepper over all and bake at 400º for about 15 minutes or until lightly brown and crisp on top.
