1-1/2 cups uncooked orzo
2 cups seedless grapes (I use red), cut in halves
1 lb. (2 large) firm ripe nectarines, diced
4 small chopped green onions
1 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook orzo as directed on package (8-10 minutes). Drain and add oil (to keep from sticking). Cover and chill in refrigerator.

About 30 minutes before serving, add the nectarines, grapes, and green onions. Toss with chutney dressing left from the Grilled Pork Tenderloin(see recipe under main courses) marinade (do not add any soy sauce to the portion of the chutney mixture used for the salad dressing).
