8 eggs
1 lb. bacon
8 green onions, sliced
2 1/2 cups (10 oz.) Jack cheese, shredded
1 lb. fresh mushrooms sautéed in butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Sprinkle of seasoning salt
1 cup milk

Directions:
Saute onions with mushrooms. Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake uncovered at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
