8 eggs, beaten
1 (16oz.) carton sour cream
1/4 t. salt
1 C. powdered sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
1/4 t. coconut extract
1/2 c. oil
1 lg. loaf French bread, in thick slices

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sour cream, salt, powdered sugar, vanilla, and coconut extract. Dip bread slices into batter and cook on a well oiled griddle until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup or fruit jams.
