1 (1 lb) loaf round bread
1 (8oz) package shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (3 oz) packages cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 (4oz) can chopped green chile peppers
1 tea. Worchestershire sauce
2 Tbl. vegetable oil
1 Tbl. butter

Dipping items: Crackers, bread, pretzels, meatballs, chicken cubes, smokies, ham squares, celery carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers.

Preheat oven to 350º.
Cut a hole in the top of bread. Hollow out the loaf, leaving a bowl. Reserve the removed bread.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions, chile peppers and Worchestershire sauce.
Microwave 3-5 minutes in glass dish to heat then spoon into the bread bowl. Replace the top of the bread. Wrap tightly with foil, and place on a medium baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven 50 minutes.
Tear the reserved bread into bite sized pieces. Mix the bread pieces, oil and butter. Place on a medium baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven 10-15 minutes, until browned, turning occasionally.
