1 lb. beef boneless sirloin steak
1 clove garlic
Hot Rice Cooked
1 T. Veg. Oil
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2/3 c. beef broth
1 T. cornstarch
2 T. water
1 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. finely chopped ginger root
1 pkg. frozen snow, chinese pea pods (I use fresh sugar snap peas)

Cut beef into strips. Peel and chop garlic. Heat skillet 1-2 min. on high. Add oil. Add beef and garlic. stir constantly for 3 min. Salt and pepper, stir in broth. Heat to bil. Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce and stir into beef mixture. Stir constantly until thickened and boils. Stir in ginger root and pea pods. Cook uncovered 2 minutes, stir occasionally till pea pods are crisp. Serve over rice.
