1/2 c butter
1 med chopped onion
1 can whole kernel corn (drain 1/4 c of the liquid)
1 can cream corn
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs (beaten)
1 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 1/2 c cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave the butter and onion in a large bowl until butter is melted. Add all remaining ingredients and stir everything together. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 300º for 45 min. If you are baking with other items at higher temps..that's OK...just bring it out when it looks set up in the middle.
