1 lb cooked ground beef
1/2 c onion
28 oz cannedstewed tomatoes
14 oz canned pinto or kidney beans
17 oz canned corn
8 oz can of tomato sauce
1 pkg taco seasoning

Topping ideas:
Fritos
Cheese
Sour Cream
Guacamole
Doritos
Green Onions
Shredded Lettuce

Directions:
Put all Stew ingredients in a pot...DO NOT DRAIN any of the cans. Cook to a low boil for at least 15 min. I like to just throw it all in a crock pot on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Top with your favorite toppings!

Mitzi's recipe calls for 2 cups of water. It really doesn't change the flavor too much but it feeds more people. It makes it more like a soup then a stew.
