4 pork chops browned and seasoned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
fresh mushrooms
fresh parmesaen cheese (not the kind in the green barrel)

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork chops and brown in pan. Spread mushrooms around in pan. Cover with soup and water. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Roast w/ a lid for 3 or more hours. Meat will be done in 3 hours but gets more tender as it cooks.

My favorite seasoning is made by Morton. It is called Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend. It has a blue lid and a yellow label. I use it for EVERYTHING that calls for salt and pepper. Meats, mashed potoatoes, grilled cheese sandwiches, Quesadillas, etc.
