1 large head Romaine lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 small red onion, sliced into very thin rings
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
3/4 c walnut halves
1/2 c butter
salt
Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing (prepared according to package directions)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in small sauté pan over medium heat and toast walnuts in butter until lightly browned, taking care not to burn. Drain on papertowels and sprinkle with salt.

In large salad bowl, combine lettuce, red onion rings, mandarin orange slices and toasted walnuts. Toss and dress lightly with Italian dressing.
