1 qt. buttermilk-warmed
2 pkgs. yeast, softened in 1/4 cup warm water
2 Tbl. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbl. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
8 cups flour (about)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour buttermilk into large bowl.
Add sugar, eggs, oil,salt, baking powder, baking soda, softened yeast, and 4 cups flour-beat until smooth.
Add rest of flour for soft dough.
cover, rise until double in bulk.
punch down, cover in refrigerator overnight
roll out just before frying, cut and fry in hot oil.
ENJOY!
