2 cans crescent rolls
2 c cubed cooked chicken
1 8oz cream cheese, softened
1 pkg stuffing mix
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 cup celery
salt and pepper to taste
4 Tbsp butter, softened
1 c melted margarine
1 Tbsp chopped onion

Directions:
Spread out crescent rolls. Mix chicken, cream cheese, butter, mushrooms, onion, celery, salt, and pepper. In a second bowl pour bread crumbs or stuffing mix. Put melted margarine in a third bowl. Place a spoonful and cream cheese mixture onto each crescent roll. Roll up and dip in butter and the crumbs. Bake at 400º for 15-20 min.

While baking make cream of chicken soup with 1 can milk. Serve pillows on rice with soup over the top.
