1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 16 oz can of refried beans
1 c sour cream
1 10 oz can enchilada sauce
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 lb hamburger
1 can chopped olives
1 c shredded mozzerella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Mix with enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 c of water and olives. Heat up. On each tortilla spread a spoonful of refried beans and 1 Tbsp. sour cream. Use a slotted spoot to scoop one spoon of meat sauce onto eqach tortilla. Roll up and place each into a 9 x 13 pan. Pour the rest of the sauce over the tortillas and top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350º for 20 min.
