1 pkg Traditional Brownie Mix (9x13 size)
water (according to package)
oil (according to package)
eggs (according to package)
1/2 c mint-flavored choc chips
1 can of Cream Cheese Frosting
5 tubes of green decorating gel
about 80 small red candies (red hots or m&ms)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line a 13x9 pan with foil, extending foil over sides of pan. Grease bottom of foil.
2.Prepare brownie mix according to package adding the mint chocolate chips with the other ingredients.
3. Bake according to package. Cool COMPLETELY.
4. Spread cream cheese frosting over brownies. Freeze for 1 hour.
5. Remove brownies from pan by lifting foil; peel off foil. Cut brownies into 6 lengthwise strips. Measure and mark 9" on long side of brownies. Cut diagonally from 9" mark to opposite corner of brownies. Make parallel cuts on each side of diagonal cut every 1 1/2 inches. (you are cutting diamonds)
6. Outline each brownie diamond with green decorating gel, forming small "Holly-like" scallops. Place 3 red candies at one long point on each brownie.

So cute for parties. If I need extra mint taste I add a bit of mint extract to the cream cheese frosting.
