3 T Butter
3 T Flour
1 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
3/4 t Dry Mustard
1 1/2 c. Milk
3/4 c. Mayo
4 Med Potatoes (cooked and cubed)
1 can Drained green beans
1 med chopped onion
4 Hot Dogs - sliced
Buttered Bread Crumbs (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Melt Butter, blend in Flour, Salt, Pepper, & Mustard. Slowly add milk (this is making a basic white sauce) Cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add Mayo.

Mix Potatoes, Green Beans, Onion, and Hot Dogs in large bowl. Toss with white sauce mixture. Spoon into greased dish. Cover with bread crumbs.

Bake 350º for 45 minutes
