1/2 c. butter
2 heaping T. Cocoa
1/4 t. salt
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 small (5oz) can evaporated milk
1/2 t. vanilla

Melt butter, cocoa, and salt together over low heat
Add sugar gradually
Add milk gradually
Heat to low boil
Remove from heat and add vanilla
