2 8oz pkg of Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 c. Sugar
2 T. Lemon juice
1 8oz tub Cool Whip, thawed
1 prepared Graham pie crust

Directions:
Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon in large bowl with electric mixer on medium until well blended. Gently stir in Cool Whip and spoon into crust.

Refrigerate 3 hrs and put toppings on. For the 4th of July top with fresh blueberries and strawberries in the shape of a flag. If using canned fruit topping (ie. Cherry) use 1/2 of a can.

Double the recipe to make a 9x13 pan size (make your own Graham crust with 2 cups crushed Graham crackers, 1 cube melted butter and 1/3 c. sugar...press into 9x13 pan)
