3/4 stick of butter (6T) at room temperature
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoono powdered ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Stir the ingredients in a small bowl until blended. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl or make butter molds by spreading into molds. Freeze the butter until solid and pop out of molds. Bring to room temperature to serve (about 15 minutes).
