1 pkg Yellow Cake Mix
1/3 c Oil
1 c Sour Cream
1/4 c Water
1 pkg Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Brown Sugar
2 med Bananas (sliced)
1/2 c Walnuts (chopped, toasted)

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray cake pan with cooking spray set aside. Beat eggs, cake mix, sour cream, oil, water, and dry pudding mix in large bowl with electric mixer. Cook butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan until butter is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occassionally. Add banana slices and cook 5 mins. Stir in walnuts and pour into cake pan. Cover with batter. Bake 40 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 mins. Run knife around rim to loosen. Invert cake onto dish and remove pan. Cool completely.
