2 oz. butter (1/2 stick)
3 T. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1 egg
Filling:
8 oz. block of cream cheese
7 T. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. lemon jiuce
1 T. flour
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
mix together all ingredients for crust and press into square glass or springform pan.
put all ingredients for filling into blender and mix until creamy - pour into your pie crust, sprinkle with a little bit of nutmeg and bake in 325º oven for at least 45 minutes - cool and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving
