1 Dozen cooked eggs
3/4 C. Light mayo
1 T. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 C. Instant potato flakes
2/3 C. About (8 slices) bacon, crumbled
3 T. Dill relish
1/4 C. Chopped fresh chives

Directions:

Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Mix yolks, mayonnaise, and next 4 ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Stir in crumbled bacon, dill relish and chop chives into mixture.
Spoon filling into egg whites. Cover and chill up to 8 hours.
