3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes or yams
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. nutmeg
1 c. brown sugar, well packed
1/3 c four
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together sweet potatoes, mashed, with eggs, cream 1/4 cup butter, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg. Spoon into a 2 1/2 Qt casserole dish. Mix brown sugar, flour, 1/3 c melted butter, and pecans into a crumbly texture. Spread topping over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until top is lightly browned.

Optional:
In the last 5 minutes of baking, put marshmallows on top of a portion of the sweet potatoes. This is yummy!
