3 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar

1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

2 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour and sugar together, then add milk. Cook over medium-high heat in a saucepan. When thickened, pour some of the pudding into the egg, stir, then pour back into saucepan and return to the stove and cook a couple of minutes more. Remove from heat and add salt, vanilla, and butter. Stir well, then add cooked rice.
