Ingredients:  
1 lb. fresh spinach, 1 pt. strawberries, 1/2 cup pecans, browned with 1 1/2 T. butter.
Dressing:
1/2 cup canola oil, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 1/2 T. poppy seeds, 1/3 cup red wine vinegar, 1 tsp. salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry spinach and strawberries, store in fridge in plastic bags with paper towels to absorb excess moisture. Brown pecans in butter in 350 degree oven for 7 minutes. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine dressing ingredients and stir. Add dressing and pecans to spinach and strawberries just before serving.
