1 cup butter
2 small can mushrooms
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
3 1/2 lb top round or sirloin steak cut into 2 inch strips
6 T flour
3 cups beef broth or bouillon
1 1/2 tsp salt
6 T tomato paste
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Roll beef in flour and brown in butter, add bouillon, salt and onion to beef. Cover and simmer 2 to 3 hours, add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, heavy cream and mushrooms. Simmer for a very short time, serve over rice or noodles.
