1-1/2 C. flour
2 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C. oil
2 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour , salt and sugar, add oil and blend, add enough milk to bind. Roll out and place in pie pan, flute around edges.

This is the only recipe for pie crust I found among Mom's handwritten recipes. I'm sure she made pie crust many other ways as well.
