2-1/2 lbs. ground ham
2 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
3 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
2 packages crushed Graham Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground meats together, mix in eggs, crackers and eggs. Form into balls. Put in a large baking pan.

Sauce:
2 Cans Tomato Soup
2 tsp. dry mustard
1-3/4 C. brown sugar
3/4 C. vinegar
Mix all ingredients together with whisk.

Cover balls with sauce, cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour and then 1 hour uncovered.

Bev Nelson is Joleen's mom. Ham balls are the Nelson family's traditional Christmas day dinner and they are very delicious. This is now one of Bryan's favorite dishes.
