Fresh fish filets (snapper or triggerfish);
12 oz.cheddar cheese, grated;
8 oz. sour cream;
Can of mushroom soup;
1 onion, chopped;

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, sour cream, soup and onion together.
Pour over fish filets in baking dish.
Cook at 350º for 40 minutes.
