4-5 lb ground sirloin,
1-2 large balls of Fresh mozzarella sliced or cubed,
Its up to you what you want to stuff it with ( mushrooms, red roasted peppers,
Cubed tomato's ect...)
You will need egg and crouched soup (club) crackers for meatloaf only.

Burgers- Make 2 thin Patty's with sirloin and add a slice of mozzarella in middle of them(and anything else you want or not) form burger and cook on BBQ or pan fry.

Meatloaf- Pre-heat oven at 350. Mix ground sirloin and crushed crackers and eggs, add cubed mozzarella with any stuffing you desire (tomato's, mushrooms ect...), Form meatloaf and bake until done
