Ingredients:  
3 cans whole chestnuts
1# bacon cut into 1/2
3 T brown sugar
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 T ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything but chestnuts & bacon together, then add chestnuts, let then soak for 1/2-1 hour in sauce
Then wrap each chestnut with bacon.
Put on greased cookie sheet & bake for 20 min. or until bacon is crispy @ 350º
