Ingredients: 1 German Chocolate cake mix 1 jar Mrs.Richardson’s Butterscotch Caramel ice cream topping 1 can sweetened condensed milk 12 oz Cool Whip 5 Butterfinger or Heath Candy Bars

Directions:Make cake according to directions on box In a mixing bowl mix together the ice cream topping & condensed milk. Crush candy bars into small pieces When cake is done remove it from the oven and immediately poke holes in cake with a wooden spoon, make sure you evenly space the holes. Pour the ice cream topping mixture on top of the cake evenly so it seeps into the holes in the cake Sprinkle with ¾ of the candy bars so they also fall into the holes in the cake Cover and refrigerate over night Spread Cool Whip on top of cake Sprinkle remaining Candy Bars on top of Cool Whip |

Notes: I still remember the first time Grandma made this recipe. She was so excited! She told me "I tell ya, it is so good" I said "well what kind of cake is it?" she was embarrassed to tell me the name of the cake but I finally got it out of her. When I tried the cake I agreed she was right and I told her & Grandpa "Well the title doesn't lie" Grandpa rolled his eyes and said "Bah, you're goofy".
