2 nine inch unbaked pie shells
5 eggs
4 TBSP (level) flour
3 cups sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup of buttermilk
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, flour and sugar-add melted butter, vanilla, buttermilk and pour into pie shells, then sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350-375 deg for 40 minutes and test for doneness.
