1 1/2 lbs Monterey jack cheese grated
1 # 2 1/2 (large) can green chilies
1- 12oz can evaporated milk
4 eggs
2 tsp flour
1 small can of tomato sauce

In a large dish layer cheese and chilies then pour the milk mixture over it all and bake at 350 deg for 20-25 min then cover with tomato sauce and bake 5 min more or until knife comes out clean.
