1 lemon cake mix
1 egg
1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
3 eggs
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. pwd. sugar (3 1/2 - 4 cups)
2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, egg and butter together, well until crumbly. Pat into a 9x13 pan. Blend cream cheese then add powdered sugar, eggs and lemon juice. Pour on top of cake mixture. Bake @ 350º for 30-40 min. or until very golden brown.
