1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbs. butter
2 c. chopped chicken
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
3 Tbs. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. coriander
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
12 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onion and green pepper in 2 Tbs. butter.
2. Add chicken and green chilies.
3. Melt 3 Tbs. butter; add flour, coriander and
salt; slowly stir in chicken broth.
4. Mix in sour cream and cheese.
5. Spread 1/2 into chicken mixture; fill tortillas;
roll; place seam down in sprayed pan.
6. Pour rest of mix over tortillas.
7. Bake at 350º for 25 min.
