2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg well beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. bread crumbs
1 med. onion chopped
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients lightly and form a loaf. Place in shallow pan. In sauce pan, combine brown sugar, soup, mustard, vinegar and water. Bring to boil and pour over meatloaf. Bake in 350 degree oven until done. Baste occasionally.
