4 tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. leaf marjoram
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spread tomatoes in casserole pan.
2. Mix all ingredients, except 1/4 c. melted butter
and cheese, and spread over tomatoes.
3. Bake at 350º for 25 min.
4. Sprinkle cheese and butter over top and bake 5
min. or until melted.

A recipe from my Mom. You can add yellow squash, zucchini, hamburger, sausage ... whatever! It is a good way to clean out the refrigerator. A great summer recipe!
