1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter
20 slices white bread
2 c. sesame seeds
1 (7-8 oz.) can shrimp (or crabmeat)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt cheese and 1/2 lb. butter in top of double
boiler.
2. Cool and add shrimp until mixture is a
spreadable consistency.
3. Cut the crust off bread slices and roll each slice
with rolling pin to flatten.
4. Spread mixture on one side of the bread and roll
up.
5. Melt remaining 1/2 lb. butter.
6. Roll filled bread in butter and sesame seeds.
7. Place seam side down in shallow pan; cover
and freeze.
8. When ready to serve, thaw slightly; cut each
roll into thirds and broil, turning once until
golden brown.

This goes back "a million" years to when we lived in Belton, MO. Anna Bordenave gave me this recipe. She and her husband, Bob, now own a B&B outside Carbondale, IL. I bet they still might serve this!
