1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef,
1 beaten egg,
2 tbsp chopped onion,
1 tsp allspice,
1 cp applesauce,
1 cp corn flakes

1- Combine all ingredients. Pack into an oiled loaf
pan.
2- Bake in 350º for 1 hr.
