Instant mashed potatoes
1 can chicken broth
milk, as needed
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
Salt and white pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mashed potatoes according to package directions for 10
servings, using chicken broth with milk (do not use water). Beat
in cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt and white pepper. Mix
in Monterey Jack cheese. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch
baking dish and bake at 350º until hot.
