1 can cream corn
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 small onion
1 egg
2-4 pork chops
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 4 ingredients. Place pork chops in baking dish, cover chops with corn mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350º, covered. Then uncover and bake until browned.
