2 pkgs pasta of choice, cooked and rinsed
2 c broccoli, broken into small florettes
2 c cauliflower, broken into small florettes
1 c celery, diced
1 c carrots, diced
1 c frozen green peas
1 large can black olives, sliced
1 c cheddar cheese, diced small
1 c Monterey jack cheese, diced small
1 c pepperoni, diced small
Italian salad dressing of choice
Salt, pepper and Italian seasoning, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Rinse. Combine all ingredients except salad dressing in a large bowl and season with salt, pepper and pinch of Italian seasoning. Add salad dressing, ¼ cup at a time and mix until all ingredients are lightly coated. Do not add too much dressing. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
