Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Bag Large Nacho Chips,
1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeño (get it at the deli and be sure to ask for it sliced thicker than normal),
1 lb. American Cheese (again from the deli sliced thick),
1 jar of Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º.
Layer 1) Place nacho chips on a baking sheet one at a time to ensure every chip is ready for the cheese. [don't dump the bag, take the extra time to place each chip]
Layer 2) Place the Jack Cheese slices over the chips side by each to cover every chip. Make it look like a cheese blanket.
Layer 3) Place the American Cheese slices over the Jack Cheese layer.
Place baking sheet in oven. Check in a couple of minutes and when you see the cheese is melted, change the oven setting to BROIL. Stay put and watch the cheese turn light brown, then pull them out and serve.

Personal Notes:
Using sliced cheese is the key to perfect coverage. It is also much faster than using a grated cheese mixture. Sometimes I use half the amount of American cheese in the second layer. If you choose this option be sure to spread it out rather than just pick one corner. I usually have the salsa in a bowl on the side but many never use it because the cheese is just too good!
