1 large can chili
1 c. Flour
1 c. Corn meal
2 T. Sugar
3 tsp. Salt
1 c. Milk
1/2 c. Oil
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. In a square cake pan add large can of chili. In a medium bowl combine flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder, and salt; stir in remaining ingredients. Mix very well so there is no lumps. Next take and pour corn bread mix over the top of the chili.
Bake at 425º for 25 mins. or check with a toothpick in make sure corn bread is done. Cut in squares and serve.
